DISTRIBUTION OF IMAGES ALLOWED, LICENSED OR NOT.
This includes allowing public downloading images, inclusion in
collection CDs, individual resale, and other methods of distributing
these images outside of Visual Paradox.
Watermark (URL in image) may be removed if licensed,
and credit & copyright are present.
Photo Credit is required along the edge of the photo,
with copyright in the credits. Exceptions for covers, where the
copyright info is inside, or on the back. Or where the entire
copyright info accompanies the image in place of the photo credit.
(a photo credit is the small print name along the bottom or running up
the side of printed photos. In this case "Brian S.
Kissinger" some include "visualparadox.com" as well,
but is not required.)
Website background/graphic use has an yearly $30
(US) license fee, and as stated above, can not be made available for
download or wallpaper.
Online use may require increasing
the Jpeg compression. In their current form, the graphics can be
quite large for web page use. I will require URLs, and descriptions of
the use for my records, as online use generates MANY infringement
reports.
