At first you may mistake this for a photograph. So I am mentioning it here, so I don't repeat where magazines license the image, then change their mind when they realize it's not.

A mysterious glow on a subterranean lake. This image started by accident, with the camera under the landscape, the strange view was too compelling to ignore.

Here's a striking wallpaper you can have a ball with in your spare time. (I couldn't pin down what I wanted to say about this turkey, wrong frame of mind I guess.)

Can you capture stars in a net, or is it just a metaphor?

Thank you Michael C. for the donation! He found Red Moon Ruins inspiring.

The Mystery of the Crystal skull is a documentary premiering tomorrow on the Sci-Fi channel here in the USA. They licensed one of my images, but I haven't heard if it was actually used in the production. So I guess we can all watch together and see if we can spot the image Crystal Skull.

The Cliff Palace had broken links, thanks to Mike M. for finding the problem!
More images are coming soon, I've been on a 2 month website script writing marathon I hope is nearing completion. (alas no, not Visual Paradox yet, it's for a Realty website.)

Happy Holidays everyone!

My latest dragon image is giving me some difficulty. I am very busy with my "Other" job, getting it switched to a new website. But I will set the dragon aside and work on another partially finished project.

Thank you very much to David R. for the donation!

Oops, I hope people don't think it's been over a month since an image was posted, I made a typo the date of the last image that made it look 20 days older than it was.

I am putting some Wide Screen versions of many of the newest 3D wallpapers online. The size is 1440x900, which is the larger of the widescreen sizes, but should size to 1280x800 nicely. (the most common wide screen size.)
Check back often, I will be updating them all week.

My old laptop died this month, I did quite a few of the images on this site on the old Vaio.  But this model had weak soldiering on the ram slots, and isn't worth the $300 repair job.  I managed to rescue everything off the hard drive by buying an adapter to plug the little hard drive into the desktop.
I have a new Gateway filling it's shoes.  Goodbye to Timebandit, hello Moocow. My two working PC desktops are Indiana Bob and Daisy. (no relation to Moocow, it comes from the movie "Driving Miss Daisy.") and I also have BBMac, an old blue berry Mac.

Thanks to Adam L for helping find a broken image link.  Isle works again now.

I am trying out a new server.  You shouldn't see any difference, except maybe a bit of a speed increase.  However I know it's not going to be a flawless move, so there may be broken images here and there, until I work out the kinks. If you find a broken page, please let me know. I am fairly sure I have the e-mail switched over and working.

Visual Paradox's server has an error on it preventing editing the website. I am circumventing the protocols to get this update online. Hopefully it doesn't appear corrupted, and the server problem is fixed soon.

Thank you to Steven W. for the great donation!

Michael D. has made the most generous donation so far, thank you very much! I will have to put a meter online to show the progress to the goal.

Thank you so much to T Robert L. for the generous donation!  You give me hope I might one day get that overpriced monitor that would speed up my 3d work.

Medieval Mayhem's donation is most welcome, thank you for your support!

I got a call the other day from Yahoo, asking me to beta test their new ad publisher system. Name dropping yes, but humbled by the "phone bank operator reading script" sound of the representative's voice.  It may be hard to notice the Yahoo ads they are displaying on Visual Paradox, they look remarkably like Google's ads, which are also in the rotation.
Don't click on either of them unless you are interested in the link listed, you would be wasting the advertiser's money, and making the stats for advertising on my site untrustworthy.  That said, if you do see something you find interesting listed in an ad, the advertiser and Visual Paradox would both benefit.

Thank you for the great donation Mike!

* Help me hold position, if you like Visual Paradox, support it with links, On forums, blogs, newsletters, and your own websites, no matter how small, the search engines count the links to determine popularity.

I've put a few banners online for use in linking to my site.
Why put a link if no one will ever really see it?  Search engines will.  Every link to my site adds to it's ranking on the newer search services. So even a tiny little link in the bottom corner is a big help!
If you link, Thank you!

I hope you enjoy my work, bookmark the site so you can stop back by soon.
