I'm behind on my work, so I present another image from a board game project I've been working on. This magic potion container was an homage to the movie Big Trouble in Little China.

This started as an experiment with steam. Part of my Onyx Table series.
This is a remake of the 1999 original. So it would work better with wider formats, I added a reflection in the back as well as modeling a better cup.

I kept most of the test renders to experiment with making a slideshow of it's creation. It showed me I rendered over 90 test renders.

This started out as one of many experiments in creating waves, but the waves became secondary as the islands developed.

This one came from experimenting with skin colors for another image, I'm not using it there, but had to share this close up.

An experiment in the psychological effects of wallpaper. It probably won't have the same effect in countries where red isn't negative, and the language isn't read left to right.

I love how realistic the jar and cork lid came out.
