I am working too much right now, hence the work theme. I can't wait until I'm doing remote beaches again.
This went through 3 or 4 designs before I hit the one I like. I'm glad I didn't settle for an earlier version.
Based on a free model from 3D Cafe. I can also render this on light backgrounds for paid licensing.
Here's an inexpensive way to make you computer look expensive.
Bryce 5 handles complex models like this grass slower than Bryce 4, but the addition of the 'depth of field' more than makes up for it.This is one of my more popular images. The grass in the foreground was even used on a Canadian postage stamp.
The face was 'sculpted' in Amorphium, and the rays were made with a lattice in Bryce.
Get out from behind the eight ball, put it in front of you, on your desktop.
