Originally I had an old road running through the woods, but it was hidden under the snow. I am really glad I switched to a stream, it's much more intriguing.
A not very likely view from one of Jupiter's moons. I designed this scene really wide, but that made it painful to crop.

I started the candle last year for a holiday image, but didn't finish in time. I almost forgot about it.
I filed this under objects, because this exaggeration of the moon goes a bit too far to be considered real world scenery.

This one started out with a blue sky, no mountains, and no lake. It changed slowly, and ended up much better than what I thought I was making.
He tricked the beast into wedging itself in a tight place, but it still looks like a tough fight.
I almost added some people to the ships, but it seemed more mysterious leaving open the question of who or what would fly these things.
